Therapy for professional women with non-linear brains and burnout-level pressure
Whether you're building a business, treating patients, or quietly keeping everyone else afloat — you’re tired. Tired of pushing. Tired of freezing. Tired of pretending the pressure isn't costing you something.
Maybe you’re….
So tired of being the responsible one, you fantasize about disappearing.
Scheduling your meltdowns between meetings and calling it time management.
Oscillating between doing the most and dissociating in a pile of laundry.
Refreshing the news like it’s a slot machine and wondering why you can’t sleep.
Let’s create space for you to feel like a human again.
(Not a machine. Not a martyr. Not a checklist with legs.)
Build a life that doesn’t require monthly meltdowns to reset.
Let’s trade collapse cycles for something slower, quieter, and actually built for you.
Let’s stop pretending burnout is just “a busy season.”
Olga Naroditskaya, LCSW
Hi, I’m Olga — therapist, fellow recovering perfectionist, and someone who knows that 'overwhelmed but pretending to be fine' is basically a personality type (ask me how I know).
I work with non-linear + neurodivergent thinkers, burned out creatives, and quietly unraveling professionals who are tired of holding it all together. Whether your nervous system is fried from capitalism, caretaking, or simply existing in a body that feels a little too much, you’re not broken. You’re just out of capacity.
Instead of slapping labels on your pain, I help you understand your sensitive nervous system + non-linear brain, reconnect with your body, and unlearn the shame that’s been welded to your worth. My work is somatic, trauma-informed, irreverently hopeful — and built for people who want to feel like themselves again (or maybe for the first time).
Creative Entrepreneurs
You’ve built something meaningful, but you’re burning out trying to keep it alive.
Who I work with
ADHD Women, Autistics, and AuDHD-ers
You’ve always felt a little out of sync — and spent your life trying to sync anyway.
Medical Professionals
You take care of others for a living, but no one taught you how to take care of yourself.
Breaking down the process
Step 1: Schedule a free consultation
A no-pressure, 15-minute call to see if we vibe. Bring your questions, your burnout, your chaos — I’ll bring warmth and a tiny sense of direction.
Step 2: Begin Therapy
We meet weekly (or biweekly) to slow things down, build safety, and start untangling whatever has you stuck. We’ll go at your nervous system’s pace — not the speed of your calendar.
Step 3: Experience Relief
You’ll begin to notice the changes: deeper breath, softer boundaries, fewer emotional collapses in the snack aisle. This work won’t erase stress, but it’ll give you a nervous system that doesn’t hit the panic button every time your inbox pings.
You deserve support that works with your nervous system, not against it.
If you’re ready for something different — slower, deeper, more human — let’s talk.
Schedule a free 15-minute consult — because your burnout deserves better than a Google search and a prayer.
