Therapy Investment

Invest in your healing, your health, and your self.

My hourly rate is $150 per 50-minute session, and I typically see clients either weekly or biweekly, depending on clients’ treatment goals and individual needs.

Please note that Olga Naroditskaya, PLLC is not currently in-network with any insurance plans at this time.

Some insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network care.

If your plan has OON benefits, I’m happy to provide you with a superbill to submit with your insurance company for partial reimbursement of the session fee.

Your mental health is worth investing in.

Similar to upgrading your kitchen countertops or renovating your bathroom, therapy is an investment. In our culture, however, investing in our ‘stuff’ is normalized while investing in ourselves can feel strange and unfamiliar. Though an investment in therapy can feel less tangible than the shine of those brand spankin’ new granite countertops, the benefits can be literally lifechanging.

Cutting out the middle man.

Insurance companies hold a disproportionate amount of power in the world of mental healthcare, deciding the types of treatment they will reimburse for, the amount and duration of sessions that are covered, and making cost-cutting decisions about clinician reimbursement rates.

This dynamic has both positive and negative outcomes - it makes treatment accessible for some, while also making it very difficult for therapists to truly make decisions in the best interest of each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

The benefits.

Charging sustainable rates allows me to honor my own capacity as a therapist by taking on fewer clients, spending less time on administrative tasks, and more time being present for you and your treatment.

The ability to invest more time, energy, and finances into my own specialized training and self-care is a win-win situation.

I get a practice that feels sustainable and nurturing to my own sensitive nervous system, and you get a provider who shows up fully present, burnout-free, and fully invested in meeting your specific clinical needs and therapeutic goals.

Keeping it simple.

Some insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits when you choose to work with an OON provider. I collaborate with a 3rd party company, Mentaya, to look up your out-of-network benefits and verify any potential coverage before investing in treatment. Use the benefits calculator below to determine whether your plan offers OON reimbursement.

Cancellation policy.

When I begin work with a new client, I wholeheartedly invest my time and energy into our treatment and request that you do the same.

My cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for any missed appointments, otherwise late cancellations will be charged $75.

Appointments that are cancelled within 1 hour of the session time will be treated as a ‘no show’ and charged the full session fee, $150.

Late cancel fees may be waived in the event of a medical emergency, at the therapist’s discretion.

This late cancellation policy allows for my time and energy investment to be compensated, even as last-minute changes arise.

Please note * If executive functioning makes it challenging to remember appointment times, I am always happy to work with you to create accommodations for clients in the form of additional reminder emails, etc. Please reach out to discuss any accommodations prior to scheduling*
